About the Role
We are seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to drive process improvements and enhance service delivery across our HR function.
Key Responsibilities
* Process Improvement: Develop and implement frameworks for assessing and prioritizing service improvement opportunities, lead BAU process improvements, and create detailed process documentation.
* Stakeholder Management & Influence: Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, develop business cases, and influence senior stakeholders.
* Process Design: Map current state processes, identify opportunities for streamlining and automation, design future state processes, and establish metrics to measure improvement success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Education: 3rd level qualification in Human Resources, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
* Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR operations, process improvement, or operational excellence roles.
* Skills: Proven track record in process improvement methodologies, experience with process mapping tools, and strong analytical mindset.
