DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Generate and qualify enterprise leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and social engagement.
* Manage multiple high-value client relationships with strategic follow-up and a focus on long-term partnership growth.
* Understand customer needs deeply to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service.
* Navigate complex organizational structures to identify business priorities and influence decision-making.
* Partner with sales and support teams to execute effective sales strategies.
* Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions.
* Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
* Provide strong support throughout the sales process to ensure a seamless client experience.
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Native or fluent German speaker with C1-level English. Bilingual candidates in French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese are also highly desirable.
* Proven success in outbound B2B, tech, or SaaS sales, with mid-market or enterprise experience strongly preferred.
* Strong results orientation with the ability to consistently meet and exceed targets.
* Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders, including senior leaders and C-suite executives.
* Confident, consultative communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions to executive audiences.
* Strong understanding of sales technology and familiarity with CRM and sales tools.
* Ability to receive and implement feedback to continuously improve performance.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
* High motivation and a proactive, self-driven approach.
