Job Overview

This role plays a vital part in designing and delivering exceptional experiences for our talented workforce. You will develop solutions to attract and retain top talent, enabling our teams to thrive as they help patients live healthier lives.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide guidance on program development to improve the employee experience.
* Collaborate with people leaders, employees, and HR teams to meet human resources needs and provide insights to program design.
* Evaluate, implement, and provide end-to-end solutions to deliver a best-in-class employee experience.
* Identify continuous improvement processes to reduce inquiry volume and task execution turnaround time.
* Engage with third-party providers to establish and review service level agreements.


Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in a related field plus 2 years minimum work experience in Human Resources.
* Relevant experience in managing HR processes is required.
* Preferred qualifications include experience in multiple HR pillars, interacting with all levels of management, and managing HR system data and processes.
