Key Responsibilities
* Provide guidance on program development to improve the employee experience.
* Collaborate with people leaders, employees, and HR teams to meet human resources needs and provide insights to program design.
* Evaluate, implement, and provide end-to-end solutions to deliver a best-in-class employee experience.
* Identify continuous improvement processes to reduce inquiry volume and task execution turnaround time.
* Engage with third-party providers to establish and review service level agreements.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in a related field plus 2 years minimum work experience in Human Resources.
* Relevant experience in managing HR processes is required.
* Preferred qualifications include experience in multiple HR pillars, interacting with all levels of management, and managing HR system data and processes.
