The Role
As a Social Care Worker, you will play a vital part in supporting young residents through structured daily routines, therapeutic care, and personal development.
You will work closely with colleagues to provide consistent, trauma-informed care in line with individualised plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering direct care and emotional support in a residential setting
* Promoting wellbeing and independence through therapeutic engagement
* Assisting with care planning, risk assessment, and reporting
* Supporting residents with education, daily activities, and life skills
* Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and respectful living environment
Requirements
* At least one year working with children or young people in a professional care setting
* A full driving licence is strongly preferred
