Inside Sales Representative – Central Europe (Polish, German, and Slavic Languages)
Role Overview
The Inside Sales Account Representative at Trellix will be a high energy, results-driven self-starter with a consultative sales nature, ready to accelerate their career in the high-growth security software sector.
You will manage a geographically designated book of commercial business and will own the full sales cycle—from initial cold outreach to closing the deal—collaborationg with a multi-disciplined teams including our Sales Engineers and Channel partners, to define technical solutions, win new business and support retention and expansion.
About the Role
New Business Acquisition: Execute high-volume outbound strategies to identify and land new logos.
Channel Collaboration: Work closely with channel partners and distributors to co-sell, register deals, and drive incremental revenue.
Retention and Expansion; Protect to grow: You will proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your book of business.
Hunter Mentality: You are energized by the \"thrill of the hunt\" and have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Full-Cycle Ownership: Lead the entire process, from initial discovery and technical validation with Sales Engineers to final contract negotiation for new business and to support retention and expansion.
Territory Strategy: Develop and implement plans to penetrate key accounts and expand the Trellix footprint.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured approach to quoting and forecasting to consistently overachieve quarterly targets.
Market Expertise: Stay current on product suites and competitive risks to position Trellix as the premier security solution.
About you
Languages: Fluent English plus German, Polish, Slovak or Czech.
Role can be locatted remote Poland or in Cork, Ireland (hybrid).
Experience covering accounts in the CEE and Poland region.
Experience: 1–2+ years in tech sales or business development; cybersecurity experience is a significant plus.
Performance: A documented history of meeting or exceeding quotas in an acquisition-focused environment.
Drive: Self-motivated and persistent; you are energized by creating new business opportunities.
Communication: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical stacks into clear business value.
Operational Discipline: Strong time management and the ability to navigate internal processes to shorten sales cycles.
