Job Description:
The Store Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. They are responsible for coordinating resources, managing daily operational processes, and leading the team to achieve salesfloor readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the fill operation, ensuring that the salesfloor is ready to trade.
* Coordinate resources to deliver operational tasks during the fill operation and in the absence of the Colleague Manager.
* Manage daily operational processes, including enabling all daily operations to be implemented efficiently across their area of the store.
* Coach colleagues on One Best Way and drive productivity in readiness for store opening.
Requirements:
* Operational experience, preferably in a retail environment.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
