Senior Electrical Quantity Surveyor
* Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for Commercial, Industrial, and Solar PV projects.
* Analyse tenders and manage subcontractor procurement and negotiation.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular financial reports to senior management.
* Implement cost-control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
* Assess value variations and manage interim payments.
The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 2 years' experience in managing estimates and budgets for Commercial / industrial / Solar PV projects.
