Job Description:
Summary
Our primary goal is to create and deliver a fantastic customer journey for everyone who shops at Lidl, from our Head Office to the shop floor and everywhere in between.
Are you customer obsessed, energetic, and eager to learn every day? If so, earn €440+ per week as a Customer Assistant on our standard 30-hour contract.
Your role will vary across different shift times, tasks, and colleagues. As a Customer Assistant, you will be required to sell alcohol, so you must be 18 or over to work in our store.
Shift Patterns:
* Morning shift: Starting at 5am or 6am, your role will be to stock products and prepare bakery items for opening.
* Middle shift: Starting mid-morning or early afternoon, focusing on cleanliness, presentation, and assisting customers.
* Late shift: Starting in the afternoon, serving customers, restocking, and preparing the store for the next day.
Responsibilities include:
* Interacting with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
* Following stock loss controls
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Managing waste correctly
* Assisting with stock counts
Requirements:
* A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
* Responsibility and reliability
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good team player
* Previous experience is preferred but not essential
