The
Strategic Solution Engineer (SE)
is responsible for presenting
Salesforce's product offerings and architecture
in the best light to prospects and customers, instilling confidence in our technology, and addressing all technical objections in the sales cycle.
This role goes beyond traditional solution engineering to focus on
SMB-specific strategy, thought leadership, and go-to-market execution
.
The Strategic SE must have a strong desire to leverage their
technical, sales, industry and transformative expertise
to drive pipeline, engage key stakeholders, and influence industry-wide digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a SMB industry thought leader with a point of view, both internally and externally
Establish strong technical credibility and professional rapport with customers, partners, and internal collaborators
Contribute to pipeline creation, working closely with
