This role focuses on HR Operations within a multi-country HR transformation program, requiring active coordination, progress tracking, issue resolution, and task completion.Key ResponsibilitiesLead development of project charters and management plans; oversee project execution and evaluate tradeoffs.Manage project scope, create Work Breakdown Structures, and develop detailed Gantt charts.Define and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control.Create and maintain Quality and Risk Management Plans, including risk response strategies.Develop Procurement Management Plans and oversee resource allocation and performance reviews.Manage stakeholder engagement and communication plans.Act as a wave leader across 2-3 countries, coordinating with senior managers to track milestones, risks, and interdependencies.Maintain core project artifacts such as RAID logs, status reports, and action trackers.Organize meetings, workshops, and onsite sessions, including logistics and follow-ups.Drive workstream execution, ensure accountability, and support country go-lives and transition activities.Required Skills and QualificationsDegree in a relevant field with 6+ years of experience.PMP or equivalent certification preferred.Experience managing complex HR system transformations is a plus.Core CapabilitiesStrong relationship-building and conflict resolution skills.Results-driven with the ability to handle demanding timelines.Effective team management and influence without authority.Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple workstreams in a matrix environment.Additional InformationThis is a full-time, mid-senior level position.
