Location: Dublin (onsite) Contract: Full-time, permanent OTE: €70,000€90,000+ (uncapped) The Role Own and grow a permanent healthcare recruitment desk Manage and expand an established client portfolio Deliver end-to-end permanent recruitment solutions Build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline Manage revenue, forecasting and desk strategy Operate to the highest compliance and ethical standards Prepare to mentor a junior consultant within 12 months What We Offer Commission from first placement (no threshold) 15% starting commission + bonuses Real autonomy and decision-making authority Clear pathway into senior leadership Strong operational, compliance and marketing support About You Minimum 2 years recruitment experience (healthcare preferred) Proven billing and desk management experience Strong client and candidate relationships Commercial, ethical and people-centred approach Right to work in Ireland required.
