Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor Role at Unipharmedtech
Purpose of the Role:
The Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor will deliver excellent customer service and provide advice and information to customers on all product ranges available in the pharmacy.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide product information and advice to customers across all product ranges, consulting with the Managing Pharmacist as necessary.
* Maintain good stock control, including rotation of stock, maintaining appropriate stock levels, using correct suppliers, and ensuring accurate delivery details as directed by the Managing Pharmacist.
* Deliver professional and efficient customer service at all times, enhancing relationships with pharmacy customers.
* Work effectively as part of the pharmacy team, being flexible and adaptable, assisting in all areas of pharmacy operations as required by the Managing Pharmacist.
* Maintain cooperative and professional working relationships with colleagues at all times.
* Fulfill requests for specific over-the-counter medicines appropriately, using WWHAM questioning and recommending suitable medicines when referring to the pharmacist where necessary.
* Ensure the pharmacy is kept clean and tidy, and promptly report any health and safety issues to the Pharmacy Manager.
Teamwork:
* Provide support to other stakeholders within the pharmacy and throughout the Unipharmedtech network to ensure the delivery of company goals.
* This role requires a high level of proactivity and an ability to work independently.
* Build relationships with others in the pharmacy to create a positive working environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:
* 1 year's experience in pharmacy, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
* Cashier experience is an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to use discretion when addressing customer queries and treat customer/patient information confidentially.
* Good attention to detail is essential.
* Organized with a proven ability to multitask successfully under pressure.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic IT skills are advantageous.
