The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing customer data to identify trends and informing product roadmaps, developing self-service solutions to proactively address customer issues, troubleshooting complex technical problems, and collaborating with peers to create effective customer solutions.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
* 2+ years of experience as a support, sustaining, or development engineer in an enterprise environment
* Practical experience with Python, SQL, Kubernetes, and containers
* Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tools like Git and GitHub
* Excellent troubleshooting skills and creative problem-solving abilities
* Motivated self-learner with ability to adapt and collaborate effectively within a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity with data analysis tools like Tableau
* Experience with Red Hat products
