Schedule & Hours: Full-time Position
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for managing and repairing facilities equipment at our site. The technician will work closely with external contractors for maintenance and repair tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Achieve optimal performance through regular preventive maintenance on facilities equipment according to pre-determined guidelines;
2. Maintain plant and equipment standards, compile standard specifications/procedures for each item, monitor existing plant against these standards;
3. Evaluate preventative measures to continuously reduce potential downtime due to component failures;
