We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This is an office-based role where you will work closely with customers to understand their IT requirements, provide expert advice, and drive sales across our product and service range, with a strong focus on the education and business sectors.
Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries by phone and email Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Advise customers on suitable IT hardware and solutions Prepare quotations, process orders, and manage follow-ups Support education sector accounts and understand their specific technology needs Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment Maintain accurate customer and sales records Requirements Previous sales experience (B2B or inside sales preferred) Education sector experience is advantageous Good working knowledge of IT hardware and technology, or a strong interest in learning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organised, proactive and target-driven Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-related incentives Supportive team environment in a growing sustainable technology company Ongoing training and career development opportunities The opportunity to work in a business making a positive environmental impact
