We are looking for a Quality Manager – Pharmaceutical Distribution to join our team in City North, Dublin, Ireland.

A key member of the Quality Leadership Team that influences the wider organisation by demonstrating leadership through actions, accountability, coaching, and development of the Quality Operations and related departments. This role requires a self-starter who enjoys working with the freedom to manage their own area and take responsibility. This position offers a key succession planning opportunity within the QA organisation.
Technical:
The role of the Quality Manager is to lead the QA Warehouse Team, define and improve processes related to Quality Warehouse Operations, and oversee tasks such as Goods in, Specifications, Storage, Pest Control, Dispatch, and Cleaning/Housekeeping from a Quality perspective at PCI Ireland Pharma Services. The role involves ensuring OTIF of batch release/dispatch and customer commitments, and being a key QA member for the introduction of new warehouses, system setup, risk assessments, and product transfers between sites.
Main responsibilities:
* Manage the team responsible for generating and reviewing all warehouse records related to Goods In & Dispatch activities, ensuring timelines are met.
* Oversee quality activities within the incoming goods receipt area.
* Communicate the quality strategy to leadership and collaborate with all departments to ensure understanding and adherence to Quality Warehouse Operational requirements.
* Ensure control of Reject Forms, Specifications, Calibrations, and related documentation for warehouse activities.
* Define KPIs for Quality Warehouse Operations and manage operations using SQDC, providing weekly summaries to the Quality Director.
* Review and approve deviations and investigations related to storage and dispatch, and respond to customer queries regarding product investigations.
* Lead and develop the Quality Warehouse Operations team, including training on systems and processes, and managing HR activities.
* Participate as a key member of the Quality Site Leadership team, flagging concerns and working with other departments to ensure quality compliance.
* Host customer inspections and support authority inspections as needed.
* Drive continuous improvement and good practices across the site, and enhance the Quality system.
