Cash Application Specialist Role
We are seeking a skilled Cash Application Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate application of daily receipts and reconciliations.
Job Responsibilities:
* Perform cash application tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
* Reconcile cash balances to general ledger accounts on a daily basis.
* Analyze and resolve payment discrepancies, short payments, and overpayments.
* Support collections teams as needed, including writing off accounts receivable.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A strong understanding of accounting principles and general ledger systems.
* Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Familiarity with MS Office (Excel) software is required; knowledge of SAP/S4 is desirable but not necessary
