The EMEA Multinationals Payments Sales team is responsible for managing client relationships across the region.
Working closely with various banking departments, the team delivers innovative payment solutions.
The role involves independently managing a portfolio of multinational clients.
The role entails identifying and executing new business opportunities with global clients, leveraging existing relationships across The Region.
The Vice President will handle both existing and prospective clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
Responsibilities:
* Sell the entire Payments product suite, including treasury services which covers cash management, liquidity solutions, and foreign exchange capabilities; merchant services and trade & working capital.
* Partner closely with parent teams to promote global and regional efforts to expand existing business with current clients and proactively identify and align target prospective clients on delivering new Payments revenue.
* Understand the unique challenges and requirements in the industry/client segment and partner with internal stakeholders in the development, implementation, and delivery of complex products and solutions.
* Build trusted, long-term Payments business relationships by taking a holistic view on our relationships, and identifying ways to help clients achieve their most important business objectives.
* Engage clients at strategic levels to provide integrated treasury solutions within a consultative framework.
* Create strategic dialogues around key client-centric issues, incorporating best practices, benchmarking, opportunity quantification, and solution positioning.
* Lead and coordinate regional sales efforts with parent teams.
Requirements:
* Demonstrate a considerable level of relevant experience in Payments sales or related areas with proven ability to build and develop client relationships, win, and close new businesses.
* Have solid knowledge of cash & liquidity management products and understanding of compliance processes.
* Be an effective communicator with excellent partnership and negotiation skills.
* Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
