About The Role
A first-class shopping experience starts with our in-store Style Advisors. Natural promoters of customer service excellence, they go out of their way to provide an outstanding in-store experience to ensure that our customers return time and time again. Hardworking and dedicated, our Style Advisors treat our customer as their primary focus, actively listening to their needs and providing considered product and styling options to our customer to enhance the overall store performance.
As a Style Advisor, you will connect with customers with personality and pride, acting as a brand ambassador to promote and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will stay up to speed on the latest styles and be the driving force behind service in store, making the customer experience sparkle with your passionate, customer-facing perspective. Efficiently identifying and advising customers on outfit building (daywear, workwear, wedding wear) will be second nature, and you will strive to help achieve commercial objectives by finding the best style solution for each customer.
Key accountabilities and KPIs include:
* Greeting, assisting, and selling in a professional and consultative manner to build multiple sales and champion our high-quality premium products
* Creating an inspirational store environment aligned with the TFG vision to enhance store performance, including visual merchandising
* Operating an electronic Point of Sale system, handling transactions accurately, and engaging customers for future opportunities
* Supporting daily store operations to promote our brand and products as a dependable shopping destination
About You
We will provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed. You should be reliable, motivated, flexible to work on a rota basis, and able to adapt to shifting priorities. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude are essential, along with sharing your product knowledge and styling expertise. You take pride in your work, focus on adding value, and aim to maximize every commercial opportunity in store.
