Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Moneygall. The Administrative Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks, provide clerical support, handle phone communications, and support executive-level administrative needs. Duties will include scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth office operations in collaboration with team members.
Qualifications
* Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to ensure efficient organizational processes.
* Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for effective interactions with customers and team members.
* Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance to provide high-level support to managers or executives.
* Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
* Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office and familiarity with office equipment.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred.
* A professional demeanor and positive attitude are a must.
