Job Summary

Core Duties
Building Surveying
* Defect analysis inspections and reports.
* Building inspection and snagging reports.
* Fire safety assessments and risk assessments.
* Energy improvement programmes.
Project Management
* Procurement and contract administration duties.
* Oversight of repair, planned, and cyclical works projects.
* Technical support on adaptation requests.
General
* Collaborate with internal teams on property, compliance and regulatory matters.
* Liaise with OMCs, local authorities, residents and other stakeholders.
* Provision of detailed professional reports.
Person Specification
Qualifications and Experience:
* Level 7 qualification in Building Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Full clean driving licence and use of a car.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
* Strong understanding of building pathology.
* Experience diagnosing and managing repairs to domestic buildings.
* Familiarity with Technical Guidance Documents and building compliance.
* Sound knowledge of contract management and procurement regulations.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
