SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Position
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design, configuration and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules for clients across multiple sectors.
* Lead the configuration, implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
* Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
* Manage end-to-end project activities including scoping, blueprinting, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
* Provide expert guidance on industry best practices and SAP SuccessFactors functionality.
* Promote high-quality documentation training materials knowledge transfer sessions.
This role requires 3+ years hands-on experience with SAP SF HCM & Integration Suite. Additionally strong understanding of HR processes organizational development human resources systems is required. Successful applicants will also have experience in full lifecycle implementations as well as excellent communication skills ability to work independently cross-functionally.',
