Field Sales Representative
Description:
As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary objective will be to achieve set monthly targets by identifying, developing, and closing high-value sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospecting and engaging with potential customers to identify new business opportunities
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to upsell and cross-sell our products
* Providing accurate and detailed monthly and quarterly forecasts to ensure effective sales planning
* Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and internal developments to stay ahead of the competition
Skill Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of highly successful direct sales experience in a B2B marketplace
* Proven ability to develop and maintain an effective network of contacts
* Broad commercial and financial acumen and awareness of issues involved in negotiating contracts
* An influential and highly effective communicator
