Senior Business Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Business Central

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central to support the delivery of business transformation and digital change initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and technology partners to analyse business requirements, optimise processes, and deliver scalable Microsoft solutions that align with organisational objective.
Key Responsibilities
Lead workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to gather and document business requirements
Analyse and improve business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process maps, and solution designs.
Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Support the implementation and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and Business Central solutions
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, and Functional Consultants to ensure solutions meet business needs and follow Microsoft best practices.
Support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and deployment readiness.
Assist with data migration, reporting requirements, user adoption, and change management activities
Provide ongoing recommendations for system optimisation and continuous improvements
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 5–7 years' Business Analysis experience within enterprise environments.
Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including finance, operations, and business process integration.
Proven track record delivering CRM and ERP transformation projects.
Strong requirements gathering, business process modelling, and documentation skills.
Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power BI, is desirable.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
Qualifications
Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline
Business Analysis certification (BCS, IIBA, CBAP, or equivalent) desirable.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications advantageous.
