Our team requires a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to manage purchase orders, maintain the purchase system, and interact with suppliers.
* Maintaining accurate purchase records in accordance with company procedures.
* Preparing reports and other business tools to support commercial operations.
* Liaising with suppliers regarding deliveries and order dates.
* Coordinating purchasing activities with project teams.
* Providing pricing information for estimation purposes when required.
* Representing the procurement department at meetings as necessary.
* Supporting the finance team with supplier and cost reporting data and resolving invoice queries.
* Ensuring compliance with the companies QEHS Management System requirements.
