Office Administration Manager
This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced finance office environment. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years experience within a similar level fast-paced role and will be looking to join a friendly, close-knit and energetic team.
The key responsibilities of this position include managing day-to-day operations, providing administrative support to senior finance management, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining office supplies inventory, liaising with IT, and health and safety inductions.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and relationship building skills, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to multitask and manage priorities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of a busy finance office
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior finance management team
• Coordinate and organise meetings, events and travel arrangements for the team
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
• Liaise with IT on the supply of equipment for the growing team
• Health and safety inductions and training for team members
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Over 3 years office management experience in a fast-paced working environment
• Proactive self-starter with excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Strong with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Organised individual, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities independently
