We provide essential workforce housing for frontline workers and those in government-supported tenancies. Allied Irish Property continues to play a pivotal role in addressing Ireland's housing challenges, delivering quality homes that meet the needs of communities nationwide. Job description: Liaise with contractors to call out to complete various works in residential properties including maintenance and planned project works. Managing end-to-end project life cycles from concept to completion of refurbishments. Manage stakeholder expectations and keep all parties informed throughout the project lifecycle. Act as the primary point of contact between internal departments, external consultants, contractors, clients and tenants. Engage in the strategic planning of a job: define objectives, organise roadmaps and deciding timelines. Adapting to any issues that may arise and resolving setbacks efficiently. Liaise with government officials and stakeholders to manage contracts and permissions. Monitor contractor performance, on-site progress, and quality assurance. Conduct site inspections and resolve construction-related issues promptly. Ensure compliance with local planning regulations, building codes, and health & safety standards. Requirements: 4+ years of relevant experience in Maintenance and project coordination of residential properties Preferred: Relevant degree in Project Management or Business Surveying experience bonus Planning, executing and closing projects within specific constraints such as time, budget and scope.
