* Assist in driving sales and achieving targets by effectively managing inventory, visual merchandising, and staff performance.
* Perform administrative tasks such as cash management, stock control, and employee development to ensure optimal store performance.
* Take ownership of the store when the site leader is absent and make informed decisions to maintain high standards.
