Site Manager Position
This position involves overseeing the site operations of a residential housing project in Cork. The Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating site drawings, setting out the site, and monitoring the work of sub-contractors.
* Responsible for managing site activities to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are properly managed.
* Oversee the work of sub-contractors to ensure that they meet the required standards.
* Ensure that all necessary records and documentation are maintained.
* Manage the site team to ensure that they have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate should possess:
* A level 8 engineering qualification.
* Previous experience as a site engineer or similar role.
* RC frame experience is beneficial.
* CSCS card.
