We are currently seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and activity, collaborating with the management team on call flows and volume management, handling customer inquiries and providing advice, and closing deals across a range of products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute targeted campaigns to boost sales
* Handle customer inquiries and provide expert advice on product benefits and cover options
* Guide customers through the sales journey, clearly communicating product features and pricing
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and close sales
* Support the management team in achieving sales targets
Customer Relationship Management:

* Resolve any queries or issues customers may have regarding quotes or policy details
Customer Service:
* Maintain a professional image and deliver service that meets or exceeds industry standards

* Respond promptly and professionally to requests and inquiries from customers, colleagues, and management
Team Collaboration:
