This position is responsible for the development and ongoing improvement of technical learning programs. The role involves both creating new offerings and maintaining existing ones across a range of subject areas within the technical domain. Collaborating with internal partners and domain specialists, the successful candidate will oversee the full lifecycle of course development, applying agile methodologies to ensure content is instructionally sound and technically robust. This individual will act as a critical liaison between subject expertise and learning delivery, balancing assertiveness with collaboration to achieve high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a portfolio of technical learning programs, ensuring content stays current with industry standards and learner needs
* Lead multiple development and maintenance initiatives simultaneously, maintaining quality and consistency across all deliverables
* Provide guidance to domain experts throughout the course creation process—from early planning to final deployment
* Review and enhance course materials, assessments, and activities for both accuracy and pedagogical strength
* Contribute directly to content creation where necessary, including writing or editing learning activities and support materials
* Enforce consistent structure, formatting, and editorial quality across all learning assets
* Manage project timelines, communications, and coordination with relevant internal teams
Skills and Experience:
* Solid foundational understanding of programming and markup languages, including the ability to interpret HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python
* Awareness of emerging trends and developments in the broader IT and technology landscape
* Demonstrated experience managing the development of technical training or digital learning materials
* Strong editorial and detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on clarity and instructional quality
* Confident communicator capable of managing input and expectations from multiple stakeholders
* Familiarity with instructional design principles for digital and blended learning formats
* Experience with content management systems or virtual learning environments (e.g., Moodle or equivalent)
* Proficient with standard productivity tools, with adaptability to evolving platforms
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
* A proactive, collaborative attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
