Sales Service Representative role at Chem-Aqua Europe. Dublin Area.

Key Responsibilities
* Aware of annual targets for sales revenue, new customers, renewal contracts rate, and other KPIs assigned by the direct line manager.
* Self-generate sales leads via networking, referrals, warm and cold calling; develop a robust pipeline throughout the sales region.
* Identify and progress sales opportunities for new customers, from one-off sales to new contracts.
* Follow the NCH Sales Process called “Gears of Selling,” and present NCH Europe as a credible and professional supplier of products/services.
* Work with customers to optimize system efficiencies through innovation.
* Complete and manage customer orders using relevant company technology in line with policies and trading standards.
* Account management – maintain post-sale relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, obtain referrals, and promote the company image while maintaining confidentiality.
* Collaborate with Technical staff and development teams to meet customer needs.
* Deliver on-time, in-full, first-class customer service.
* Ensure data is accurately entered and managed in the CRM system.
* Perform service activities according to business needs and contract terms.
* Adhere to health and safety standards to protect the wellbeing of all agents and employees.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Recent experience in a customer contact environment with sales and a technical background.
* Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems is desirable.
* Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience is desirable.
* Familiarity with a B2B sales/contract business culture (new business is essential; industrial experience preferable).
* Experience in interacting with people (face-to-face and phone) and influencing them; customer-facing environment preferred.
* Strong planning and prioritising skills to manage multiple demands.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with tablets, apps, CRM, and sales order management systems is optional.
* Valid UK driving license.
