This position requires adaptability, technical expertise, and a focus on delivering excellent service. This is a Hybrid role based in Cork, Ireland and will require presence onsite.

With expertise in IT support, infrastructure, and automation, the team ensures smooth operations across diverse functions.
Responsibilities
* Providing comprehensive IT support for hardware, software, networking, and collaboration tools.
* Supporting events with collaboration technologies and ensuring seamless technical operations
* Managing IT assets onsite, including configuration, deployment, tracking, and secure retirement.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams on infrastructure and security initiatives.
* Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within established service level agreements.
* Maintaining and updating IT documentation, standards, and knowledge bases.
What we're looking for
* Demonstrate experience in IT support, end-user services, or multidisciplinary IT roles.
* Exhibit technical knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking, VPNs, and endpoint security.
* Possess hands-on experience with AV systems, conferencing platforms, and event support
* Understand cloud services such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, as well as SaaS platforms like Google Workspace.
* Display knowledge of AI tools, chatbots, and AI-driven support systems
* Exhibit excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Adapt to diverse technical needs and work effectively across multiple disciplines.
