Job Opportunity
The ideal candidate will be employed as an agency staff member and will receive a competitive hourly rate of €28.04 per hour based on an annualised salary.
Main Responsibilities:
* Prioritise, manage and respond to service desk calls in a timely manner logged on the service desk system, including travel to sites to support users within our geographical region.
* Establish and build on good working relationships with customers.
* Troubleshoot and if required, refer hardware faults to third parties.
* Administer systems using Active Directory.
* Set up or amend Windows accounts/mailboxes.
* Access and update email branding site for new and existing staff members.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance to procedures and processes.
* Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
* Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year's experience working in an IT support environment is mandatory.
* Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
* Show proven ability to organise work with an organised manner.
* Be a self-starter with a willingness to take responsibility.
* Interact with key stakeholders in a professional manner.
Education:
Third Level Education Qualification is desirable.
