Objectives of this Role
* Enhance Hives product marketing content output including written, video, graphic and infographic content for B2C and C2B markets.
* Develop and implement product marketing campaigns that resonate with existing customers.
* Ensure all product marketing materials align with Hives brand values and sustainability mission.
* Foster strong relationships with internal teams and key stakeholders to drive product marketing initiatives and roadmaps.
* Monitor product marketing budgets and optimize spend to achieve ROI.
* Increase user engagement and retention through strategic communication efforts.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development and execution of product marketing content tailored to our current user base.
* Create and manage comprehensive product marketing timelines, ensuring timely deployment.
* Educate and collaborate with other departments to maintain consistent product messaging across all channels.
* Oversee the team’s product marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
* Shape and articulate Hives product storytelling vision and voice for our B2C offerings.
* Negotiate and manage budgets to support large-scale product marketing initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Video/reel, graphic and infographic production capabilities (with fluency in relevant AI toolings when necessary) would be highly preferred.
* Extensive experience in product marketing and development, particularly in the B2C software/cloud/technology space.
* In-depth knowledge of market trends and product lifecycle management.
* Proven ability to develop and execute strategic product marketing campaigns.
* High empathy with the ability to understand and address user needs and concerns.
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience guiding cross-functional teams.
* Ability to intuitively assign responsibilities and manage team dynamics.
* Significant experience in designing and executing customer promotions.
* Familiarity with web development languages and technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
* Proficiency in product design, UX/UI techniques and understanding of software engineering or computer science principles.
