About the Role As the Enterprise Solutions Delivery Manager, you will act as a key customer-facing partner responsible for driving successful adoption of Teckro across our enterprise customers. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product changes and strategic technology enhancements that underpin our enterprise offering.Work closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Professional Services, ensuring that every change is operationally embedded, measurable, and aligned with customer outcomes.This role combines strategic delivery leadership with hands-on engagement, making it ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer experience, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities Product Change Management & Operational ReadinessPartner with enterprise sponsors to support self-service adoption, integrations, validation readiness, and UAT through to production rollout.Act as the bridge between Product and Customer success, ensuring technical changes deliver real-world value.Drive adoption of self-service capabilities and integrations across enterprise sponsors to enable efficient workflows.Identify friction points preventing customers from adopting self-service processes and work to remove barriers.Lead integration enablement, ensuring smooth connectivity between Teckro and sponsor systems.Partner with Product and Engineering to simplify configuration, onboarding, and establish clear guardrails for enterprise deployments.Translate technical/product changes into clear user‑facing implications and operational playbooks.Drive and implement structured readiness plans aligned to Teckro's SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and system enhancements to increase operational efficiencies, minimise risk, and unlock revenue potential.Ensure underlying technology solutions are optimized, that technology changes are delivered effectively, and manual processes are eliminated wherever possible.Contribute to Shaping the Product Through Feedback & DataReview internal and customer feedback; document high‑level PRDs for engineering scoping.Develop a prioritized list of improvements for Growth and Engineering approval.Leverage UserPilot insights to surface data‑driven recommendations and guide prioritisation decisions.Collaborate with Product Design and Engineering to assess and validate proposed solutions.Support Training & AdoptionLead governance for product updates and operational changes—covering release notes, stakeholder briefings, customer‑facing messaging, and internal enablement updates.Partner with Engineering and GTM to deliver high‑quality enablement assets for internal and external stakeholders.Maintain early‑access sandbox / demo environments for training and early adopter previews.Partner with Engineering to ensure environments reflect current product capabilities and release state, including validation of feature flags and integrations.Coordinate with Professional Services to build study‑level configuration knowledge into training.Work with Quality and Professional Services to update guides, SOPs, and other training materials to support changes to the Teckro offering.Support sponsor/study‑specific configuration set‑up and change requests, ensuring alignment to contractual requirements and customer expectations.Document configuration standards and guardrails; advise on operational implications of configuration changes.The Ideal candidate will have:5+ years in Technical Project management, change management, product enablement, operations, or similar roles with enterprise SaaS delivery environments.Proven experience leading cross‑functional change programs from impact analysis through communications, training and deployment.Strong PRD writing and requirements gathering skills; ability to translate feedback and usage data into clear problem statements and solution hypotheses.Proficiency with product analytics and in‑app guidance tools (e.g., UserPilot) to derive actionable insights and measure adoption.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messages to technical and non‑technical audiences.Strong stakeholder management and facilitation capabilities; comfortable driving decisions across Product, Engineering, and Go‑to‑Market teams.Detail‑oriented with solid project management skills; adept at operating within tight deadlines.Nice to HaveExperience in clinical research, life sciences, or regulated environments (GxP familiarity).Knowledge of clinical trial operations (Study teams, Site processes, Sponsor dynamics).Exposure to change management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci) and prioritisation frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW).Experience with Jira/Confluence, release management workflows, and feature flagging.Background in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Product Operations.What Success Looks LikeClear, timely communications and training drive smooth adoption of product changes across sponsors, studies, and internal teams.High‑quality PRDs and data‑driven recommendations (UserPilot insights) to guide Growth and Engineering prioritization.Demo/sandbox environments and the early‑access demo study remain accurate, reliable, and actively used for enablement.Guides, SOPs, and training materials are up to date and aligned to release cadence.Professional Services is enabled (via SME support) to configure and adopt new features efficiently.Measurable improvements in feature adoption, reduced operational friction, and faster time‑to‑value for customers.Location and Travel:(Dublin)Hybrid role - Dublin City Centre, Ireland.Our Dublin City Centre offices are located less than 3 mins for Pearse St Dart Station and beside the Alex Hotel, making it accessible for all major transport.
