Role Summary
The Administrator will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Ifac team, manage company records, handle customer inquiries, and assist with scheduling appointments to contribute to the practice’s growth and enrichment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and organise company records, files, and documentation.
Enter and manage data in various online systems.
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the team.
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
Assist customers with scheduling maintenance and service appointments.
Ideal Candidate
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar administrative role.
Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn and grow.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
