Medical Claims Administrator
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Medical Claims Administrator to join our team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Reviewing applications and assessing claims for life and serious illness products
2. Making accurate and timely decisions, following internal guidelines and standards
3. Clearly explaining decisions to customers and advisers in a supportive, professional way
4. Collaborating with a variety of internal teams and external stakeholders
5. Identifying opportunities for improvement and helping us do things better every day
6. Maintaining a positive, team-focused attitude and acting with integrity in everything you do
Your Skillset and Experience:
* Fluent German (written and spoken) – this is essential
* A couple of years' experience in underwriting or claims for life/serious illness insurance
* – OR a medical background (e.g. nursing or medical degree)– OR a relevant business or industry qualification
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good time management and organisational ability

Benefits:
* Strong base salary, depending on experience, in the range of €65,000 per year
