Supply Chain Planner - 6-month contract - Galway
The role is an integral part of the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & North Africa) Customer Supply Chain and will focus on:
1. Planning of shipments into EMEA
2. Visibility of shipments into EMEA
3. Understand the EMEA business and country requirements related to freight forwarding
4. Communicating requirements to management, customer services and International Transport teams
5. Transactional effort needed to compliantly ship and record movements of product and material
Responsibilities:
6. Maintain country mapping reference guide - ports of entry, customs requirements, flight schedules, land locked country etc. for easy reference for all cross functions
7. Alignment with other entities
8. Volume forecasting for key orders and create delivery plan
9. Create visibility for the commercial team & finance team on shipment status to support on revenue recognition forecast and customer-facing communication
10. Ensure that all trade compliance is met for EMEA countries
11. Manage and or support to ensure compliance with embargo countries
12. Understanding of products and what is required to ship products (validated boxes, data loggers)
13. Support customer service team with solutions related to distribution
14. Support commercial excellence team with lead times and other information related to distribution
15. Execution and management of allocation/rationing process within CWH
16. Process improvement projects to ensure we meet our internal and external customers' expectations
Requirements:
