Senior Full Stack Developer (Java and Angular)

My client is one of the largest asset management companies in Europe.
About the Position
This is a contract role, based in Dublin.
You will be a Senior Full Stack Java Developer who is a key part of my client's initiative to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM and adapt my client’s application to both consume and supply client data via the new CRM platform. You will play a vital role in designing and developing architectural solutions using modern technologies, with a primary focus on Java 17+ (Spring Boot) for backend services and Angular for the frontend. Experience in systems integration via web services APIs is essential. Their tools and platforms include Kafka, Kong, Python, AI (including ChatGPT and in-house tools), Oracle, PostgreSQL, and other modern frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and refine technical and functional requirements.
* Work across teams and geographies to align on technologies and integrate with my client’s core application architecture.
* Develop new features and integrations using Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Angular v14+ within an Agile environment.
* Build APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between my client’s application and the new Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
* Contribute to both new project development and enhancements of existing applications.
* Provide third-level support and troubleshoot issues as required.
Experience/Requirements
* Strong ability to work autonomously as well as part of a distributed team.
* Proven track record in Agile development environments.
* Experience with international teams and multi-site collaboration.
* Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business needs.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality code.
* Willingness to participate in peer code reviews and mentor junior team members.
* Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
Remuneration Package
