We are seeking a Vulnerability Management Sr. Analyst to join our Security Posture Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization's security posture by identifying, triaging, remediating security vulnerabilities, and reporting on the program's effectiveness to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
1. Assess and improve the security posture by identifying vulnerabilities, assessing risks, and proposing mitigation strategies.
2. Enhance vulnerability management processes in line with ADI policies and standards.
3. Identify and assess vulnerabilities across applications, systems, networks, and infrastructure, both internal and external.
4. Set targets and objectives for vulnerability management to ensure timely action.
5. Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and Product teams to prioritize remediation efforts based on risk.
6. Report on vulnerability findings, remediation progress, and program effectiveness to management.
7. Stay updated on emerging threats, trends, and technologies to improve security posture.
8. Investigate and validate reported vulnerabilities, prioritizing those impacting ADI.
9. Generate reports and metrics on vulnerability assessment findings and trends.
Qualifications
1. Deep knowledge of security vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and mitigation techniques.
2. Experience with vulnerability management tools like Nessus, Tenable, Wiz, Axonius ASM.
3. Skills in developing and monitoring KPIs related to vulnerability management.
4. Proficiency in SQL for analyzing vulnerability data.
5. Understanding of Operating Systems and network protocols (Windows, Linux, Cloud).
6. Risk-based approach to responsibilities.
7. Experience in security posture and vulnerability management in complex environments.
8. Knowledge of vulnerability management lifecycle and tools.
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
10. Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
11. Ability to work independently and lead teams.
12. Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
13. Bachelor’s degree in related field.
14. 4-6 years of cybersecurity experience focused on vulnerability management.
