Role Overview
As Data Centre Sustainability Lead, you will lead the delivery of sustainability requirements across CTS Groups global Data Centre projects. You will work with design management, construction management, package leads, procurement and client teams to embed sustainability into project decisions, ensure requirements are met, and maintain audit-ready evidence from design through handover.
The role is hands-on and delivery driven. You will run processes for requirements translation, data capture, sustainable procurement evidence, and compliance tracking, coordinating actions across designers, contractors, and suppliers. You will convert Employer's Requirements and client standards into practical checklists and controls, support decision-making on sustainability options, and maintain alignment through reporting and meeting cadence.

Sustainable Procurement Support. Track sustainability requirements through tendering, submittals, and procurement, including EPDs and certifications where applicable; manage supplier follow-up; and document approvals, substitutions, and non-compliances.
Building Sustainability Certification. Translate Employer's Requirements and various certification standards (e.g. LEED) into project controls, influence and monitor compliance via design reviews, and driven toward full certification.
Reporting, Client Meetings, and Communication. Produce bi-weekly and monthly updates covering KPIs, risks, issues, and decisions required, prepare meeting packs, present progress, and track actions to completion.
