Senior Nursing Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced nurse leader to join our organisation as a Senior Nursing Manager. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.
As Senior Nursing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and managing the nursing team to deliver person-centred care
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and legislation
* Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with residents and families
* Mentoring and supporting staff through training and performance management
* Liaising with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external agencies
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with registration
* Minimum 3 years' post-registration experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
* Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in elder care
* Previous experience working as a CNM or a Senior Staff Nurse to progress her career
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
* Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care
