* Handle all bookings and enquiries professionally, sending booking confirmation details to customers.
* Answer calls, address queries, and pass information to the relevant department.
* Manage and update online bookings using the booking system, keeping capacity and availability accurate.
* Process payments and invoices.
* Answer customer queries and resolve any issues with bookings quickly and professionally.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and up-to-date schedules.
Sales Responsibilities
Promote and sell activities and packages, highlighting their unique features.
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings by engaging with customers and offering tailored recommendations.
Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Follow up with potential customers to secure bookings and answer questions.
Suggest additional services and packages to enhance the guest experience.
Team Leadership
Supervise and support team members.
Provide guidance, training, and feedback to maintain high performance and standards.
Delegate tasks effectively and ensure smooth daily operations.
