Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for clients with 1-1250 employees.
About the Role
* Process payroll transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Manage multiple payments and deductions, including basic salary, overtime pay, holidays, sick leave, benefit-in-kind (BIK), pension, employee health insurance, and bike-to-work schemes.
* Prepare detailed workings and provide calculations as necessary.
* Handle complex payrolls and respond to client queries effectively.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and take ownership of multiple payroll entities.
Requirements
* At least 3 years of payroll experience, preferably managing larger payrolls using Micropay.
* Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of CSV file imports.
* Excellent problem-solving, judgement ability, and high attention to detail and accuracy.
* A team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
