About You: The ideal candidate for our client will have previous experience in the luxury skincare industry; hosted consultations with customers in an extremely fast-paced environment by providing in-depth product knowledge. The ideal candidate will also have excellent active listening skills to meet the customer requirements to generate sales. Requirements: Complete an approx. 8-week background check, in line with Garda vetting regulations to obtain badge Weekday availability is essential, with flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays Fully available for 5am shop floor start time A minimum of 2 years experience working in a retail environment, ideally in travel retail Demonstrate a record of sales ability Impeccable Grooming standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred: Previous/Current airside approval in Dublin Airport# Responsibilities: Achieve monthly Sales and KPI targets Develop a close relationship with Store Management & The Buying teams Building relationships through delivering excellent customer service, bring energy and passion as a brand ambassador Creative mindset/adaptability & have excellent attention to detail to deliver upon customer requests Merchandising and Management of stock levels: Ensuring counter is fully stocked to brand standard; Assisting in promotional/ new product launch merchandising Deliver upon agreed sales targets and KPIs including, applying link selling & upselling sales techniques Ensure the counter is always accurate versus Client's Monitor inventory levels to ensure correct stock & testers in both terminals Please note: there is no relocation package in place for this role Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent customer service Stock Management Benefits: Employee discount
