Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough site risk assessments and maintain up-to-date documentation.
* Support the delivery of Health and Safety training for new employees to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
* Carry out regular internal Health and Safety audits to identify areas for improvement.
* Assist in the preparation of comprehensive safety manuals and guidelines that meet regulatory requirements.
* Work closely with departmental managers to implement new Health and Safety processes and procedures.
* Maintain accurate and detailed Health and Safety records.
* Organise Health and Safety training sessions as required to ensure compliance.
* Monitor Health and Safety performance and identify potential risks to mitigate them.
Candidate Profile:
* A minimum Level 6 QQI qualification in Health and Safety is essential for this role.
* 1–2 years' experience in a similar position would be desirable but not essential.
