Job Title: Infrastructure Development Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Project Engineer to manage and execute critical infrastructure and facility-related projects within a medical device manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing facilities projects, including new construction, renovations, utility upgrades, and equipment installations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage facilities projects, ensuring compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, building codes, environmental regulations, and health & safety standards.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans for facilities initiatives.
- Oversee vendor selection, contract management, and performance for facilities projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Facilities, or related field).
- Facilities project engineering experience, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, cleanroom design/operation, utilities (WFI, compressed air, gases), and building management systems.
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and relevant EHS regulations.
Key Skills:
- Proven project management skills (PMP certification a plus).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with internal departments (Production, Quality, EHS) to minimize disruption during project execution.
