Member Service Manager

The Company
Credit Union based in South Dublin with multiple branches.
Key Responsibilities
Support delivery of the Credit Union Strategic Plan alongside the CEO and Senior Management Team.
Lead, manage and develop staff across all assigned service areas, including performance management, coaching and succession development.
Oversee day-to-day member service operations across branches, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Key Skills Required
5+ years’ experience in a supervisory/management role within Credit Unions or Financial Services.
Strong people leadership experience with ability to coach, develop and manage teams.
Solid understanding of Central Bank regulatory framework, AML, Risk and Data Protection requirements.
