Job Overview
As a pivotal member of our team, you will bridge the gap between financial model requirements and operational departments. You will be responsible for developing and optimising residential development processes to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. You will work closely with Development, Construction, Finance, Sales, and Closing teams to create and update process documentation, improve workflows, and implement best practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Programme Execution: Establish and maintain robust processes for key business activities across all development stages to ensure successful execution of strategic programmes.
2. Delivery: Drive programme delivery on business objectives by coordinating multiple workstreams and ensuring departmental alignment.
3. Documentation / Reporting: Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, dashboards, status reports, and KPIs to track progress.
4. Risk and Optimisation Management: Identify and mitigate programme risks; seek process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
5. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align processes with business goals.
6. Training: Provide training and support to staff on new and updated processes.
7. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior stakeholders and directors on key milestones.
8. Audit Implementation: Lead audit process implementation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
9. Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives to develop best practices in planning and project delivery.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
* Proven experience in development planning or similar roles.
* Strong knowledge of development processes.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in software tools (e.g., ASTA, MS Project, Excel).
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
